I recently bought a house and of course the previous owners had 3 dogs plus 2 cats. Though I got a good deal on the house, the carpet was heavily stained and smelled of pet urine, especially in the basement. My co-worker at the hospital referred me to Ionic Fresh and the carpets looked new and smelled fresh after cleaning, using ionized hot water. They service was extraordinary and I am definitely using them again in future.

These guys are awesome, my carpets look much better, clean, fresh and soft. I was thinking of replacing them until I decided to try Ionic Fresh 3 room special.

Sayela rocks! Sayela was our agent and he was absolutely amazing. We bought a house 12 yrs old that had white white carpeting and many dogs. We, in addition, have three kids of our own and many others that spend a lot of time here! Needless to say, our carpet had seen better days and i wasn't even intending on cleaning that room as we were planning on replacing it very soon. Sayela insisted saying he didn't think the carpeting was a loss at all and that he could clean it. It looks like brand new! We had had it cleaned once before with a competitor and it didn't come clean. Thanks so much sayela! We will absolutely recommend ionic clean!

the service was great and professional. The technicians were detailed and respected our home. We had some stain issues and 90 % were removed. I recommend this company. I believe they also have a branch in Chicago.

The carpet looks great and the service was very professional. The gentleman that came to the house was extremely polite and got right to work. Ionic Fresh will be getting regular calls from me! I never thought all the stains would come out of my carpet, but they're all gone!
