The receptionists are extremely rude and have horrible attitudes. They treat you like garbage even if you treat them with respect. I was astounded at how a practice with staff as inhumane as this is able to stay in business. My fiance had complications with her wisdom teeth extractions, as soon as i came home from work and found her in excruciating pain, i immediately called to find out what we could do. I was greeted with bad attitudes and rudeness and then they hung up on me!! I called back and they said there was nothing they could do, the dentist was going home and wouldn't wait and i should have called earlier, she was just going to have to deal with it until Monday, which was 3 days away! This practice should be shut down, the incompetence, unfriendliness and general disregard for other human beings is incomprehensible. Please search elsewhere for a dentist so you don't have to go through what my fiance did.
