I hired carriage barn for a roof, outdoor kitchen, and patio. The roof leaked, the gutters did not drain, and while putting expansion joints in the concrete, they cut through a drain pipe from the sink that was 1/4 in. under the concrete. When I told Carriage barn about the leak they came back 5 times over a period of 4 months. their answer to fix a new roof was silicone, tar, and gutter seal. Every time they came back, they made it worse. They had to dig up the concrete to fix the drain pipe. When they poured new concrete in that section, it was mismatched color. Also the owner walked all over the new concrete, the same day it was poured, leaving black footprints all over. They never put a drain in the concrete, so every time it rains the water lays on the concrete patio in puddles. After months of trying to resolve these problems with Carriage Barn, we ended up hiring someone else to fix the problem The roof had to be reframed and reshingled. We needed new gutters. The concrete had to be dug up again because the patch that they used to fix the pipe did not hold. It was the worst experience of my life. I would not suggest using Carriage Barn.
