We are a brand new, state of the art, full service fitness facility located in the heart of downtown Sonoma. There are 3 group excercise studios with over 60 fitness classes scheduled each week, all free to members. We have a cutting edge cardio room with over 50 pieces of equipment including climb mills, ascent trainers, rowers, tread mills and a variety of stationary bikes.
