With an emphasis on fitness and fun, we offer something for every body. Our fitness floor includes the latest in free weights, weight machines, and cardiovascular equipment (with personal TV screens). From muscle and core to dance classes, from cycling to Pilates and yoga, you're bound to find the right group exercise class for you. Personalized services, including Pilates and Personal Training, nutritional counseling and facial services all add up to a healthy place to work it all out.

Provided by YP.comI have been a Park Point Club member for the last 6 years. I have only been to 2 out of their 3 branches in Sonoma County. The Santa Rosa one is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the club over all seems much cleaner than the one in the beautiful town of Sonoma. This club needs some major improvements if they want to continue attracting new clients. They can begin by having a courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable front-desk staff. They score very low when it comes to clean, organized, and fully stocked locker rooms! Lately, it has been very difficult to find nice and clean gyms. Maybe one should begin to look into private fitness studios.
