Recently ( 5 days ago) my father passed away from brain cancer. 3 months ago I made an appointment with KK dental with follow up before appt. Yesterday, after my fathers funeral- my family & I were all gathering in our living room. My phone rang, I answered and it was a woman by the name of " Margo " she rudely asked me where I was. I needed to ask where she was calling from and she said KK dental- you had an appointment today! I apologized & told her I never got the phone call reminder. She & I kid you not, began laughing- on the phone. Now at this point you can imagine how I feel, my father just died- my family is all in hysterics in my living room, and now I am being laughed at. I ask her why shes laughing and she quote on quote says " ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? I AM TRYING SO HARD TO ACTUALLY BE NICE TO YOU- BUT FORGET IT NOW I AM SENDING YOU A BILL " slammed the phone on my face.I will stay far away from this place. I would never bring my family there.
