I ordered a door from Horner and the delivered the wrong size! We brought it back and they guaranteed they would have a new door by the next day at noon. After showing up and calling multiple times, they said the door wouldn't be for until Friday and delivered at noon. 6 hours later on Friday and multiple "guarantees" that the door would be delivered within the hour, we did not get a door until after closing and the sun was down. Once again I now have to wait to install the door. Very disappointed in all the fake "guarantees" I was given. Even more so, they then blamed me!!! Awful service. I will never go through this company again.
