I was charged more than $59 for one overnight stay for my dog! And that was because I was charged the old rate-it should have been over $69! I dropped her off Saturday morning. There is no Sunday morning pickup. So I picked her up Sunday evening during pick-up time. It would have been reasonable to charge me the day-care rate for Sunday, since that was the service provided. But I was charged for 2 days of overnight boarding. If I had known that, I would have left her until the next morning since I had an early Monday appointment. I didn't because I was told mornings were for drop-off and pick-ups we're done in the evening time period. I was a little iffy on leaving her there anyway because the previous time she slept on the way home and for 16 solid hours after she got home, so it wasn't a restful atmosphere for an active 11 month old dog who usually recovers after a 10 minute power nap. I won't take her back because I don't think it was a good experience for her and the amount I was charged was unreasonable. It made me feel like they are just in business to soak as much money from the client as possible by not clearly stating the options and charges in advance.
