The name of this florist is NOT true! They are very far from being "the Best" especially when it comes to their version of gourmet baskets! I received a gourmet gift basket as a gift and it was extremely disappointing. Even tho' there is a disclaimer on their website that the basket may not look like the picture, the fact is it was NOTHING like the picture. Their idea of gourmet chocolate was a Hershey candy bar and a Mounds candy bar - both you can get at the convenience store for less than a dollar! And the other items can be purchased at Big Lots or Aldi's. And, yes, the owner was notified and his version of making the situation right was an "I'm Sorry you didn't like it, I prepared it myself" and then insults about my age! When I challenged him, he accused me of being all about money. The fact is, the basket was nothing more than a bunch of junk he bought at the discount stores and then charged a lot for it - trying to say it was a value! My kids, who live out of state, wanted to do something nice for me for my birthday and they got ripped off by this man! I plan to tell everyone in Somerset, KY that I know to stay away from this florist. There are other florists WAY better than this one in Somerset when it comes to quality and customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED
