Been a customer for over 3 years. I have bought things and pawn things from there and then when you go into Pawn one certain item they tell you that they could only get $40 out of it the only give you $25 and then when their so-called letters finally make it to your house your stuff is sitting in their showcase for sale for 60 so Dans Pawn is nothing but lying thieves

I have had mixed experiences with Dan's. I had some tools and knives that I really didn't need, so I brought them in to sell. The gentleman I was dealing with tried to convince me that one of my knives was only worth half of what I paid even though the price was on the box. When I pointed out the model of the knife he claimed that he pulled the wrong knife up on the computer. The same dealer offered a lower price than I wanted, I walked out the door, I decided to go ahead and sell the items. I walked back in and told the same dealer I would go ahead and let the items go, he actually claimed that he mistakenly told me the wrong price and offered me less money than a few minutes before. If anyone goes in there, please stick to your guns, some of the employees will take advantage of you.

Went in to buy a Sega Genesis they have for 30 bucks. A little high for the system but I wanted it and I didn't care. However I didn't end up purchasing this because I asked a clerk standing near the system if it had all the cords and if it came with any controllers since they weren't sitting with it. Great question right? The answer I got for each question was, "Probably". Now I realize this guy could have been busy but why not either stop what your doing which looked like stocking the glass cases and help a customer or say hey let me get someone to help you out with it. Being rude was 100% the reason I didn't purchase the item today and probably the reason I'll look else where for things like this in the future.



On a side note to be on the shelf like that it looked like all the older gaming consoles were dirty and barely if at all cleaned before shelved. Which isn't a deal breaker for me but seems like a lack of caring on the part of the people that run the store.
