I owned a property managed by Heritage and know several other people who are still living in homes under the control of this company. The business is completely oblivious to unit owners and ONLY communicates, and bends over backward to do whatever the co-op or condo boards demand. The owner, Kevin is unquestionably one of the most condescending, "know it all" arrogant people you would ever want to meet.
