Service Invoice

Had my first treatment in April, had to call them back to finish entire lawn. Misplaced invoice and called to ask that another be sent, and it was. Opened up invoice letter to review contents. The billing was correct and then I notice a comment from the tech.( Recommend lime. He said he could do it cheaper and declined 4/9. Customer is an asshole. Always wants something for nothing or can do it cheaper.) Went to office to question bill and was told that part should not be on there, for office use only. Dah. What kind of business refers to their customers this way. Attorney says not to worry, will cost them much more than the $42 bill.
