This business is a practice of deceipt & fraud in their Ads/informercials. They promote a 60 day trial period & refund of money if not satisfied. I tried the "Hoover - Wind Tunnel" vacuum & found it unsatisfactory. The machine is too small for its' job description. In order to clean the carpet, one must push back & forth to pick lint, sand ect. I tried the vacuum twice, & phoned for the labels & RA #. I was - promised 6 times, the mail labels would be sent pr request. After 6 weeks, I mailed the machine back to the Hoover. Did not wish to pay for an inferior vacuum, because of the over-time limit. If you deal w/this Co, Beware! They do not honor their pledge & as for the refund, I am still trying to collect from them. By the way - the return postage fee is $50.00! Per their instructions, the vacuum must be sent via Fed-EX! The rating should be a big fat zero on all counts!
