Roxbury Elementary is a coeducational institution that employs a staff of more than 45 full-time, certified teachers and paraprofessionals. Its staff includes physical education instructors, guidance counselors, curriculum and technology coordinators, math recovery specialists, media aides, and reading and literacy coaches, In addition, Roxbury Elementary has a team of behavioral interventionists, speech and language pathologists, psychologists, art and music professionals, and occupational and physical therapists. The school maintains a parent-teacher association that works to foster close relations between the community and school and welcomes parents to attend meetings and participate in its activities. Roxbury Elementary serves students in kindergarten through grade four and is a part of Solon City Schools.
