I have been working with Nersesov Insurance Agency since 2004. Ervin & Janna are amazing. They work hard to satisfy their clients with best rates on auto, home, or health insurance.
I always feel comfortable coming to him with any questions and confident he is knowledgeable in his answers. I have referred so many friends and family who are extremely satisfied. They even call me on annual basis to review my rates and if they find better deal, the just transfer me from one carrier to another with lower rate. I highly recommend this agency!

I have been with Ervin Nersesov Ins Agency for many years. I have my auto insurance and renters insurance with Nersesov. I just purchased a condo and now have my condo with Nersesov Ins. The experience I have working with Ervin is remarkable. He is very professional, personable, caring, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help. He is very knowledgeable in the insurance industry. Ervin takes his time to explain my insurance policy and what best fits my needs. He goes above and beyond to help me save on my insurance policies. The best part is that I can text Ervin whenever I have a question and he responds immediately even after business hours. This is the personal touch I like. This agency works even outside agency hours. If I need to reach agency, out side office hours, they provide 24 hours Text Message service for emergency purpose. They go above and beyond to make sure clients are happy with service. Plus, they work with top carriers and will make sure you are getting best market rate. In fact, every customer I sent their way are satisfied.

Ervin helped me tremendously after I had two small claims with State Farm and, after 19 years with them, they dropped me without any contact other than to inform me the policy would not be renewed. As it turned out Ervin found me even better coverage for 25% less with a A+ rated company. Ervin knows the insurance business and has access to multiple carriers where he can shop for the best deal for you.
