BUYER BEWARE OF UNTOLD ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!!

From start to finish. My husband called to get a cost of installing a 20-amp dedicated outlet. (We did add another outlet to the job once they got there.) Integrity told him $100 per hour plus parts. My husband agreed and scheduled an appointment. They had to reschedule it to another day. No problem. They show up close to on time. They figure out what they need and run to the store. Come back, get the job done. Did a decent job. We now have a small patch job to do and had a little clean up after they left. Oh well. It took them about 4.5-5 hours. Several days later, after waiting for an invoice, I called to try to pay the bill. It is still not ready, and I had mentioned I estimated it to be about $600. He said no, it would be quite a bit more. I asked how’s that? He said because he had a helper. The helper is $70 per hour MORE. No one at any time mentioned there was a cost difference, nor did they specify any variations. So, buyer beware... if a second person shows up, it's really going to cost you! I wish they had just given us a heads up... hey, I need to bring in a helper, it's going to be another $70 per hour. We didn't get the option to agree or not. Oh, and watch the time!! They are billing us for 2 people for 5.5 hours. The argument might be that they charge from shop to shop... so that's an hour EACH, round trip. By my calculations, it cost $170 to travel to and from my house! And then I did not get an itemized list of charges for our parts like they told my husband. I estimate they had 100% markup. Again, they did decent work. But I am not very happy about the overcharge and slight overestimation of the time.
