I brought in my guitar to be re intonated because it sounded bad. I was told they would adjust the truss rod and action and would have it done by Thursday. I didn't get it back till Sunday. They told me they did as best as they could and that the guitar didn't have a truss rod. It cost $45 for them to lower the action and "reintonate" it. After being in the shop half a week, it didn't sound any better. I go home and look up information on the guitar and find it has a truss rod, so I remove the neck from the body and tadah, there is the truss rod. Their services are bad and they are lazy. They need to step up their game and be serious about their work. I recommend finding another place to get a guitar fixed.

I noticed that the strings were millimeters away from touching the pickups and that it had bad fret buzzes. After being in the shop half a week, it didn't sound any better. I go home and look up information on the guitar and find it has a truss rod, so I remove the neck from the body and tadah, there is the truss rod. I had to adjust it myself for the first time, after I did that I had to raise the action because the strings hit the pickup. Their services are bad and they are lazy. I recommend finding another place to get a guitar fixed.
