I've been with Snohomish Storage on Bickford for many years. This sounds NOTHING like them. There is a difference between Snohomish Storage and Snohomish Storage on Bickford, by the way. One is newer and fancier...and one isn't. You might want to double check who you're talking about.

Property mysteriously disappears, or rearranges itself, in this facillities units. When reported to management they weren't too concern. If you value your property, don't even consider storing it here.

Numerous items missing from unit.The Storage Unit Manager himself had called to tell ME this. Upon arrival to the unit, it was locked. I was unable to open with my key; he opened it! Manager submitted a report to the management company that not only didn't include the correct amount of items/boxes missing, but listed items that were in some of the boxes never described to him. This only became known when the management company was contacted the next business day and reviewed the report with me. The Storage Unit Manager had also commented to me that several other units had been vandalized; the Management Company denied that was so. Police report was filed. Insurance company investigating. Fortunately all items inventoried & documented. Have used this facility since 2003. NO MORE!!!!
