Don't expect your Private Surprise Gift to Flowers to arrive.

I purchased a $100 gift of flower arrangement for my wife on Valentines Day. I added specific instructions for Delivery, to call the DELIVERY ADDRESS and say you have a delivery for Terry C I included the recipients phone number to make sure the gate was open. Those directions cost my delivery two days after the Holiday she was suppose to receive. They went to the address where she was staying caring for her elderly mother and the gate was looked of course. Instead of following my directions they returned to their shop and had called the Snohomish Flower Shop this was after the Card the left in the mail box. The SFS called me several times to tell me they couldn't deliver her surprise gift of flowers because the gate was closed. The Surprise was gone, the Holiday was gone and I had to have my wife call to pickup her Surprise Gift the whole damn surprise was out the window because they DID NOT FOLLOW MY VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS, never once calling the delivery address so they could open the gate. I guess I should have colored a picture for them but that to me is a complete lack of respect for communication and service to the customer. Where in Hells name did I say call ME.
Save money and time buy using a flower shop in the town of delivery.
