The waitress was rude when I told her that I was from California. Also upon payiny for the bill that was $30.42 with my Debit card I wrote on the receipt 0 TIP RUDE PERSON. When check my account I found that the waitress had added a $6.00 tip for a total of $36.42 , so I called and asked for the owner and got nowhere but within 3 minutes of hanging up a refund of 36.42 was addedto my account and a new charge in the correct amount was taken out. The waitress is trying to cover her tracts but I did not authorize any charges to on my account.

I hate maltby pizza its horrible it has no flavor not to I went there one time when #1 new York pizza was closed for the month of august and I will never go back
