I own a Honda civic that needed a hitch. I came in to the business to inquire about purchasing & installing one. Marc the "GENERAL MANAGER" informed me that one needed to be special ordered and that i needed to set an appointment to have it installed. I did. My appointment was for a Sunday install at 9am." That was all that was available". Well Sunday morning @ 9am i was there for my appointment, not only was i not on the books but my hitch was not even ordered. The lady at the counter told me that i could drive 45 min to another town and pick up the hitch & then drive back to there location and have it installed. No compensation. I would think in this economy that a manager would want to add customers to his business, not push them away. I will never give him my business. On a side note with the hitch and install, then the rental of the trailer i was going to spend about $500. NOT THERE>
