Atlanta Doll Clinic repaired an irreplaceable doll for my daughter. The turn around was quick and the doll looks just like it did when it was new. I will definitely use this company again.

I understand she is extremely busy and lead-time might be long but it was worth the wait. Excellent work. Couldn't be happier.

I took my doll to this clinic, which appears to be an independent small business. I needed a new wig for a vintage doll. The cost was $80.00. I left the doll with the owner, and upon return home mailed her a check for the full charge. I followed up with her weeks later to find out if the doll was finished. It was not. I continued to call for eighteen (18) months but got a litany of excuses why the process of putting on a new wig was not completed. Other customer needs and health problems were putting my service constantly on the "back burner". I finally had a conversation with the owner's husband and explained that it appeared it would take legal action to get my doll returned to me. At that point the doll was returned to me. I was ultimately pleased to have my doll, but the wig, although new, was not styled for a vintage doll. Beware!
