We were treated with curtesy and respect. We happened to be purchasing on a very busy day, (during Spring Break) and they were 4 salesmen short, so there were more delays than usual. We had not planned to purchase a car that day, but after being shown the features of this small car, we felt ceretain that we wanted it, so went on and bought it.. We felt no pressure to buy. We have thoroughly enjoyed driving this car. We commend Chevrolet for it's outstanding service.

The experience that I had at this dealer was world class. I was in the market of purchasing a car due to having a new baby and needing a more roomier car to fit my family in. At that time my family and I had a 1998 Toyota Corolla. Needless to say, with two teenagers and a new baby with a car seat the back seat was very tight. I started my search at Nissan in Union City because a co worker of mine recommended it and had a horrible experience. My sales rep was awful and made me feel like he just wanted to sale me a car- any car-and did not take into consideration what my family needed and what my budget was. I have always loved Jettas and rented them numerous times for family trips home to Chicago. Due to my budget I never thought that I would actually be able to purchase one. Very courteous and professional. When I walked in I was offered a beverage (which was nice because it was so cold outside). I talked with the service tech who explained what the process was and the fees involved. I was able to take a short nap and the next thing I know my vehicle servicing was complete along with a very nice car wash and I was out the door very pleased. Osman is a great guy, however the service tech supervisor and manager are rude, unfriendly. Either they are incompetent or blatant liers. They charged me for service and the issue was unresolved, they promised to fix it next time I come in, and the next time they want to charge me $650 for the same thing and that too with a lot or attitude. You try to nice to them and they think talk and treat you with a condesending attitude. the owners are never around and you are left with a bunch of incompetent and mean service manager and service tech manager. God help the people who service their expensive cars with them.
