I was stood up twice by the owner of the company. No call no show X 2! It is 4 days before Christmas and I have no water in my kitchen. He knew this as well as that I had cancelled a work client to be able to be home for the repair. This is the company my AHS warranty wanted me to utilize, otherwise I would have not given him a second chace.
I encourage others to not waste your valuable time and save yourself the undue stress of contacting this company.

Did not keep his word regarding refundor return phone calls nor did he check that it was okay to do very costly work on septic tank. This was my third time using his service so as a returning customer I would have expected better treatment. Will not use service again nor recommend.

Called A-Thomas to fix a leaking faucet on my Water Heater. Price quote was too high. Then he tried to sell me a $4000 Tankless Water Heater System. I told him I'd fix the leak myself. He then charged me $45 for the service call. Very Unsatisfied!

They do things the right way the first time and if there is something that isnt A-1 they stand behind their name and their work. I really appreciate the honesty behind A-Thomas Plumbing!!

I had a leak in my laundry room. I contacted A-Thomas Plumbing and asked if someone could come out and look at the leak and to give me an estimate. They were very prompt, professional and quick to respond. I was very pleased.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and once he arrived to my home he was very patient. My water heater had to be replaced and I must say A-Thomas Plumbing was also affordable.
