Great service. I took my boat and motor in for service and had it back in less than 24 hours ready for the water. Knowledgeable staff helped me out. Would definitely return!

Once again I want to say thank you to Larry, I've been bringing my boats to ShipShape for the better part of 15 years and have always been treated like I was the most important boater on the planet. Tonight Larry diagnosed a faulty solenoid for my trim motor and had it fixed in half an hour. I like the fact he allows me to watch, ask questions and I enjoy his sense of humor with the answers. I would recommend ShipShape to every one!

We took our boat in as it wouldn't start it needed a new fuel pump and filter ect, they were awesome showed us a video of our boat before and after showed us old parts and answered any questions we had they also were so kind on waiting for us to pick up our boat. We will not take our boat to anybody else. They were also very reasonable on price could not ever been more satisfied!!!

Unfortunately, today it seems more the exception than the rule that someone would take the time to assist someone in need. Such was my recent experience with Larry. Although his schedule did not allow time for him to work on my boat, he went out of his way to make a tentative diagnosis of the problem I was having with my boat. Additionally, he made calls to two boat mechanics in an effort to put me in touch with someone who could assist me further.

Great guys, very helpful. These are the only guys I'll take my boat too, they have great attitudes towards customers and have helped me save a lot of money and time. They also know there stuff when it comes to boats. What else can you ask for

Attention all Boat Owners!! I would have given them more stars if I could. I have a 1985 Johnson GT 150 V6 that would not go over 1,500 RPM's in the water. I took it to Ship Shape Marine in Smyrna, TN and had the greatest experience. What took me months trying to figure out on my own, they had my boat repaired and ready to go in 3 Hours!! This is a great family owned business with a team that knows boats. I will continue to go to them for all my boat repair needs. I highly recommend them no matter where you are located.

Worst customer service experience ever, hands down!!!!

Great place! Very friendly staff that knows what they're doing. We had a carburetor rebuilt for our Mercury 5.7 350 in a great amount of time. If you're worried about what they're doing to your boat while they have, they can email you pictures on the progress. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
