The prices are reasonable but the best thing by far is the friendliness of the staff. I'm not sure how the managers get all the employees to do such a great job but they do!

I went to publix to buy a birthday cake for my friends at work, and I wanted writing on the cake. The lady that usually does the writing wasn't there and Joseph was there to help me and even let me write on the cake myself! He was so sweet. He carried my cake to the registers and opened a lane that was closed off, just for me! I felt like I got the special treatment. Joseph definately deserves a big raise!! :)

This is a wonderful store to do business with. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. I've shopped at Publix many times. In my opinion, their bakery has the best cakes in town. But last Friday I was sadly surprised when I stopped to pick up a cake I had ordered. The cake did not look like I was expecting it to look. I wasn't happy with it. A lady in the bakery called the manager, Bobby. He handled the situation in such a nice and professional manner. Judy, a nice lady in the bakery, went to work on another cake for me. I stopped back by an hour later and it was ready. It was delicious and beautiful. Bobby, the manager and the employees of this store are the best in taking care of their customers. I highly recommend shopping here. Janice

A really good grocery store. You see the same employees there a lot, and they get to know you. They are really helpful.
