Exact same problem - I placed and order in October 2014 and have not received it. I have called, sent emails and am getting no response. The phone number goes directly to a busy signal now and their website now says they are taking no new orders.

Ordered from them online and there is literally no customer service.Calls go to a busy signal. Emails are not responded to and online chat is never answered. I am looking for a refund on a backordered item they charged me for and I have not received the item or communication from them in 3 months.

Don't be taken in by the attractive website! This company is a scam. I placed an order which was charged to my credit card account on 2/5/2015 and it is now 2/25/15, and I have yet to receive my order. I tried to call their so called customer service number for 5 days and it rings once and goes into a busy signal. After much digging, I found a local number and left a voicemail two days ago to try and find out the status of my order, but they have not had the courtesy to return my call. Do not do business with these people as they are clearly unscrupulous!

Do not make a purchase from this company ! They are the worst! Their customer service agents and managers are rude and disgusting . I am due a refund . Denee refused to help she is the worst agent they have. I still have not received the call from accounting about my refund that this Denee promised i would receiver over a week ago. Please do not shop here!
