I swear, we blinked and the food came. As is usual at these places - the plate was screaming HOT. The taco (ground beef) was pretty good. Typical, crunchy corn taco shell (and by typical, I mean American) - but tasty nonetheless. The meat could have had more flavor - but I am used to the ground beef being bland in these places. My enchilada - I ordered cheese (as if I did not have enough cheese in my queso and melted on top of everything). I love my dairy. This was great - enchilada sauce was pretty authentic tasting and the cheese was pretty melty without burning the insides of my mouth.

Upon first impression this is a normal, cookie cutter Mexican restaurant. They, however, set themselves apart in my mind because they have great service. It became a challenge to see if we could empty our glasses, salsa bowl or chip bowl before we had more. I like that in a place. Food is around the norm, and normal price, but again give me good service and I'll be back!

This is the place to get Tex-Mex! and the place to bring your out-of-town guests Every time the bf is in town, we have to make a stop at Borders {OK, maybe a few times!}.

Good, solid mexican food. Try the chile colorado. They put some time into that sauce. Deep, rich flavors.

Better than I thought. I am usually not a big fun of Mexican food and the visit to the border may have changed it. The restaurant was not extremely noisy. The fajitas and daiquiri taste great. Hoped they had tres leches on the menu.

My wife and I and many friends have had lunch many times over the past 4 yrs. the good is great and fresh. The service is great and friendly. Of course over 50-60 times of eating there we have had 1-2 times with not up to par food and service. They are more than willing to substitute meals and the owner is very responsive to service problems. The meals are extremely good prices. Recommend highly.

Have had lunch here several times this is the first time for dinner. We arrived around 5:30 on Saturday evening we were seated right away and Waiter took our drink order almost immediately. He recommend an appetizer that was good. Cheese dip with chorizo. We got the fajitas for two. More than enough food for us plus enough to ask for a to go box. Will be back for dinner again.

The lunch menu is great! They have a 4.75 deal every day I think. Our servers have been better as well. I do think they are worth giving a chance. I like the ambiance of this restaurant. We'll keep coming here on probably a monthly basis and I'll update as necessary.

The services was great and exceptionally fast. We had our food in well under 10 minutes. The flavor was great and the cost was very reasonable...I'll be back!

This is our favorite place to go for mexican. They have the best chicken nachos and margaritas. Thanks Border for helping us with our margarita fix.

There aren't too many Mexican restaurants right in the immediate area so I think they are busy most days. My wife and I had a great time and the food was fresh and tasty.

Good food, great value.

We come to this place at least once a week! The staff is so friendly and so great that when we come in, we're immediately asked if we'd like the usual. We've never had a bad meal, whether we're having our usual or trying something new. The salsa is the absolute best here! It's the perfect chunkiness and spiciness and, of course, always makes my husband and me want some more beer. We absolutely love The Border!

The food is excellent, the service is fast and the prices are reasonable.

Food is great. The food here is always very good. The service can be a little lacking at times but I have figured out that you just order everything when the server first comes to the table, drinks, cheese dip, and entree. Then they just have to fill up your drink one more time and give you the check and you are out of there.

Have eaten here many times. The food is authentic. The staff is awesome. Love this place!

Best Mexican in northwest Atlanta - give it a try. Our office eats here once a week. We can't miss.....So yummy

Had my doubts based on reviews but we decided to give it a shot anyways and turns out that was a good decision. Food was delicious and hot. We got there about 30-45 minutes before closing, which I hate to do but we were out of options (we didn't want fast food and it was a Sunday so things closed early!), the chips and salsa still tasted fresh and our food came out in a timely matter. If we ever go back down to this area of Georgia again we'd definitely go back!
