This company has been servicing my pool and neighbors for over 3 years and has done a excellent job although in the summer they is very busy . The prices is fair and has stayed the same which is below other company pricing.

They are inconsistent in the service
The man would never call me back so I had to go to another pool company to help me fix my issues!!

Beware of the company. The company came out to do a pool closing, which went well. Opened the pool this spring and a pipe was broken underground due to inadequate winterization. Called, and the owner responded, and set an appointment to come out. Needless to say, did not come out. Now wont return calls. You pay to have your pool prepped for winter, so nothing breaks, but if it does, go with a company that will stand behind it. I have dealt with many pool companies, some reputable, some gypsy's. Sure you may save a bit going with him, but if its wrong, or he messes something up, he will not stand behind his work. This will end up costing you more money. Very disappointed, and want to warn everyone to stay away, and find a different company.

Today I woke up to water gushing from a broken pipe. I called 4 diferent companies and only proclean pool service answered and to my rescue they was here within a hour . The pool guy replaced the broken pipe and inspected the pool and noticed the pump stopped working which overnight froze the pipes. They saved me a couple hundred dollars by replacing the motor and seals instead of the whole pump. These guys are honest , fair priced and had my pool up and running in no time.

Proclean pool service have done a tremendous job for my pool. They completely fixed and cleaned my pool. They also took the time and taught me how to operate my pool system.

This company is a very trustworthy and dependable. I just had a heater, saltwater system installed without any problems. I will definitely recommend them .
