They were very professional, and they did a great job. Very happy with the service. I will definitely recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife purchased a Groupon for this company since they had good reviews online. We had an appointment scheduled in the middle of the week for a specific time window. They never called to say they were going to be late and my wife had to keep calling for arrival time updates. Eventually they said they'd be at our house 5+ hours after the scheduled time. That wouldn't work for us since our kids would be home by then. We then moved the appointment to Saturday morning and we're told someone would be here between 8-9am. At 830 we got a call that they were 40 minutes away. At 930 they called and said they were still 20+ minutes away. By this time we had to cancel since we couldn't hold up our whole day again waiting for a carpet cleaner. My wife cancelled and the person she spoke to was not apologetic at all for missing this time window or the previous appointment a few days earlier. Totally unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. Great job. My carpets look like new again. I have a pet, and even the areas were the pet makes a mess is clean. Will definitely use their service again.

James did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was on time and very thorough in explaining the treatment that we needed. I will definite use him the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Like the other reviewers have stated, the service was great. James came out quick and got our carpets looking great. We had a dog for a while and James spent extra time and effort getting our carpets back in top shape.
