I have used this company in the past, only because they call you a million times, there work is not the best, but for 10.00 a room, you really can't complain, but this last experience was the worse, because I didn't want the extra services the technician told me I would be wasting my money, and it's a liability for him to clean my carpet and he also advised me that he has his own company and this company has no knowledge on how to clean carpet. I told him that I didn't want his service and he could leave. I talked to Jeff the supervisor and he was rude and hung the phone up in my face!! They need to be SHUT DOWN

****WARNING**** I have asked this company for over a year to remove us from their call list. We are on the "do not call list" yet they continue to call our home and cell numbers with their sell calls. Maurice hung up on me as I was asking him not to call me again, then they called again less than 24 hours later. I am going to seek legal action if they call again.

""""""BEWARE"""""""Worst experience ever,called with coupon and once technicians got here they changed the price.they became argumentive and said they wouldn't do it since they were only getting paid twenty dollars for the job.So I told them never mind to just leave my house...A week later the schedulers keep calling and said that they would do the job,give a discount and no problem would occur.I gave them another chance but to my dismay another ungrateful,lazy job having tech shows up telling me a different price to pay,I refused that price so he said he wasn't going to do it and to call another carpet cleaner..And left the chairs that he had moved and told me to put them back myself....Called the company and they keep apologizing and wanted to send another lazy,client stealing worker to my house who doesn't value the job,but is hoping to get a side client for their failing business .So if you're the light skinned tech with freckles or the short dark skinned guy with dreads it's no surprise why your business is failing,My question to you guys is why take the job if you don't want to do the work? And hounds tooth please train your guys on customer service,because no matter how many coupons you send at this rate it could be free and no one will allow you to come Into their home.......!!!!!!!!!

SCAM! Similar experience to other reviewers. Before we moved into our house, my wife arranged Best Home Services to clean our ducts and our carpets after finding their coupon. The duct cleaner cleaned the ducts and then (afterwards) said we needed to pay an additional $500 for him to clean the fan in the heating unit, and he said that if we did not do this, then it render his cleaning ineffectual. I told him that had I known that beforehand, I would not have paid to have the ducts cleaned.



The carpet cleaner showed up later. We had a package coupon for 3 rooms and a hallway. He said that this didn't include the "deep clean" (i.e. scrubbing to actually remove stains), and that our closet consisted of another room. I told him to pound sand and get lost. They hire losers and teach them to go in and get people on the hook (sunk costs), and then up-sell them. A complete scam. I didn't like having such people in my home.

Worst carpet cleaning experience ever!!

Well, the 1st three times we used this company to clean our carpet, the technicians did a wonderful job. The past two times, the carpet looked horrible after the cleaning was complete. He didn't even clean all the carpet because some of it was still dry. There are spots everywhere and it smelled also. I have call them 3 times and know one has returned my call. This company can kiss my a.. because I won't ever use them again!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They no call no showed on first appointment and the second they were 3 hours late. The stains they charged me $140 extra for "Deep Scrub" came back two weeks later. I called and they said sorry you should have called the next day. I explained they didn't show back up till 2 weeks later. They said I must have spilled something in the same spots since the cleaning and forgot. I was so angry. Horrible customer service, lack there of... This was months ago and they still call me every month telling me about their specials even though I have told them to remove me from their list.

Where to begin? We scheduled them to come out and clean our vents for $79.95. They showed up during the time frame they gave us but that was literally the only plus. The "head technician" was more salesperson than technician. He was Peruvian but never gave his name to us (he signed the receipt "THE"). He immediately opened our furnace and started-a-pitchin'. My fiancee and I listened but were curious as to why he wasn't addressing our vents first. He pulled out his clipboard and started giving us an estimate for "what we needed". The total came to around $1,400. We immediately informed him that we had just moved into the house and that number was completely out of our price range. No worries, he knew what he was doing. He constantly reduced the number and told us we would be getting "complimentary services". After talking price for close to 45 minutes, he broke down and told us he'd do EVERYTHING for 250 bucks. Annoyed, we pulled money out of our emergency savings account and paid over the phone via credit card. I should've known better and I'm slapping myself for it. The work he planned to do, which looked substantial on the work summary report, took him and his technician less than an hour to do. His technician cleaned our furnace while he hit the vents. They didn't even have a friggin' ladder so they had to borrow ours (they were standing on our tables and chairs before we gave them it). The whole reason we were concerned about our vents had to do with the fact that our dryer vent was clogged up and it was taking forever to dry our clothes. My fiancee had to remind him to do it as he was packing up his meager supplies. They did not clean up anything. The debris that fell onto our floor and furniture was left there (as well as our ladder that they left out on the side of our home). The next day was fiancee's Dad came over while I was at work and investigated the technician's "work". I wish you could see the pictures. The moron actually pulled our dryer tube from the wall and did absolutely nothing to unclog the vents. It was so jam packed with dust & debris that when it was all pulled out you could have molded into a basketball. The furnace vent was coated in dust and even had garbage in it. I did my own investigation the next day. I unscrewed a few of our vents and took a picture inside. While the ducts looked decent, I stuck my hand inside of them and pulled out black grime every time. I don't even want to know how angry I'd be if someone put a tube camera into them. In conclusion, do not even THINK of employing their services. We're having them come out today to redo the job (for free of course) but I highly doubt we're going to get quality work. Find a BBB-accredited company to do your ducts because these scam artists are pathetic.

I will never ever recommend this company to anyone-not even my worst enemy!!!! They do a horrible job. They pretty much sprayed water on my carpet and then vaccumed-I could have done this for free instead of paying $152.00(although they wanted me to pay $802.00 OMG!!!!) On top of their technician being pushy the management for the company wasnt even better. We called to complain and got a smart a**. My husband has stopped payment on the check because the services rendered wasnt worth a penny-I should say NO services were rendered-. Also we have contacted the Better Business Bereau and filed a complaint against them. I hope they go out of business!!!!!!

WORST HOME SERVICES

This company should be called "WORST HOME SERVICES". You are better off with a bigger company coming out to do the work than these IDIOTS. THe tech who cleaned our vents left a HUGE mess behind, including all the dust balls from EVERY VENT in our house, PLUS all the ceiling debris from every vent he unscrewed. HE ACTUALLY STOOD ON MY BED & ALL OF MY KIDS BEDS with his SHOES to clean out the vents instead of getting a ladder, that is lazy & unprofessional! . FIRST OF ALL WE DON'T even wear shoe in our house. He left the debris all over the beds. WHen I commented on whether or not he is going to clean this mess up, he used my vacuum to clean up ONE area in the entire house and he sucked up pieces of ceiling and a bunch of other junk. HE BROKE OUR VACUUM!!!!!!!! He took it with him and then returned it broken and the compnay tells us "IT WORKED WHEN IT LEFT OUR SHOP" They ALL truly have the worst customer service skills (except fo the poor girls who have to answer the phone, they even think their managers are boneheads!!) We called about 5 times or more and NO MANAGER has called us back and it has been over a month since these people broke our vacuum. THEY should be ashamed of their "SERVICES", it truly is the WORST company I have ever used!!!! BE WARNED!! I wish I would have read these reviews before we chose them.

WORTHLESS JOB

My advise to any reader is "don't even think about calling them". However you may do this at your own peril. I have seen carpets cleaned at other homes with real scrubbers, but to my surprise these guys came to my house with long wooden brushes. This what they call 'deep scrubbing' by their description.

They had to be sent away when they were close to ripping off all the fabric of the rug. It is enough fun to see them muscling with the brushes.

Bottom line, ask other so called carpet cleaners what method will they use before you ask them to come to your house.

RUDE CLEANER

The person that came to clean my house was 6 hours late, I waited all day and he could not give an appropiate call to inform me that he would be late, when he did get here, he was rude and I felt that he may have been intoxicated, he would not provide any credencials, license # or even a business card.

I also would not recomend this "Company" because of the representative.

Racist Cleaners

The person who came to clean the carpets was not only upset that we did not upgrade our "purchase" from regular steam cleaning, but also made racist comments regarding the color of our skin. The cleaner said that all "foreigners are cheap" and didn't expect much from us. Hopefully this post will be helpful for other "foreigners" that reside in Atlanta. All in all I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of their representative and will be contacting their corporate office for an apology.
