This is one of the better Nail Salons to visit. The people are very nice and I would recommend them. It is best to make an appointment because they are very busy.

03/07/20151st if u don't hav an appt, the wait CN b a lil lengthy. I went in 4 a fill, due 2 their miscommunication n misunderstanding EVN AFTR I checked FILL IN on the sign in book, they put me thru pain removing my gel tips I jus got not EVN a month ago, causing breakage 2 over half my nails, did a crappy job repairing them, after I told her after she broke half of my real nails 2 jus go ahead n cut them down n start fresh with a new set of tips. OVERALL OUTCOME LOOKS HORRIBLE! THE THICKNESS, THE SHAPING, HORRIBLE! N AFTER ALL THT, STILL WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE! COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH WHOLE EXPERIENCE! WILL DEFINITELY NOT B RETURNING!

I go to this nail salon often. They accept appointments and answer the phone when you call for one, which I have found is different around here. Yes, they do offer the razor for one's feet, which is illegal in some states, yes, but if the technician has the proper training, allowable. I always decline the use of it. I refuse because I too end up fighting new hardened skin afterward. I like that this salon is clean, I never see the nail "dust" piling up in the corners or cracks of anything. And there is always enough staff to handle the amount of clients. I have been in during a slow period, then a rush came and they called in more staff! It was great to see. People were in and out in no time. The waxer does a great eyebrow, and understands if you want it a little thicker (my aunt likes that style). They keep a great logbook for appointments and when you have one, you are first. No exceptions. I hate to wait for appointments elsewhere just because someone else walked in first. (And I'm always early). They also don't have that system where you 'need' to pay cash, which is good. I always forget at other salons. Even tips can be placed on a card, but at least I carry enough cash for that. A waitresses' life follows one around. :) But I recommend this one, for sure. They have great selection and most of all, they are CLEAN.

don't go to HOT NAILS been there once had my toes and nails done 2 days later my nail are chipping like crazy went back and the same guy told me it was my nails and filled the chips in was very upset it looked like crap and now the toes are chipping also the very next day they are doing the same thing going back tomorrow and asking for a refund really want to see what they say to this...... will post what they say stay tuned lol not funy really and as for the star had to give them a star wouldn't let me not

Hot nail is the best nail salon on town

I received a nail fungus on my big toe and have fought thick peeling skin on the bottoms of my feet for a year since going to this salon for a pedicure. A razor was used on my feet which I was told is illegal. I never had one problem with my feet prior to visiting this salon. I only went to them 3 times. Please beware.

I called around to get a price having toe nails painted and decided to try this place out. Made an appointment for the earliest time available because I had a wedding to attend. When I arrived at a couple of minutes before 10 was surprised to find everyone busy, so I waited for 20 minutes for my turn. The lady who did my French pedicure was not impressed with at all. Finally I go to pay and they tell me its double what they told me on the phone. I will not be returning to this place again.
