Barber realty inc was founded in 1983, the same year the Barn Restaurant was opened in Smithville Ohio. Ray Peters owner, broker and general appraiser was the long time barber in Smithville had sold real estate for Dale Wirth Realty, eleven years prior to the start of barber realty inc. Being the top salesperson out of 21 agents for those years, Ray knew it was time to start his own company.
