If I could give less than a star I would. We contracted for James to do a job for us October 2017. We were going to have a tar and chip upper driveway completed. James came to do the work and completed it. Initially we thought the work looked good until it rained. After the rain came almost all of the “tar” simply washed away. We have been in continual contact with James trying to get our driveway repaired correctly since. We waited over winter since it was cold and expected when warm weather came that the job would be completed. It is still not completed and is absolutely awful. This contractor has not stood by his word, or his 2 year contract. We were given a contract that clearly states we have a two year warranty. A warranty is of no good if a contractor will not do the work. Beware of this contractor. James deal coated my Aunt and Uncles asphalt drive near our home and the rain simply washed the coating away. I would not recommend him at all for any type of work based on what I have seen. When and if this contractor makes good on his word and honors his warranty I will update the review, provided the work is quality work and holds up.
