Place bait and switches.Had a temporary partial made. The dentist took an impression, told me about how the partial would clip on. I paid $550. Somone from the desk called me and said the dentist said I wanted to upgrade. I asked what the difference is she said better materials. I said no since they wanted a $1000! I came back a week later dentist gives me a partial with no clips, she says i didn't want the upgrade. I said I wasn't told the upgrade was with clips. I was told it was only better materials. She insisted she told me the upgrade was with clips which she DID NOT. I left annoyed and after speaking with office manager and she assured me the permanent was covered.Came back for new impressions. Dentist tells me i have a balance of $450. I said I'm covered she says no only full bridge is covered not the partial. I balked at paying anymore she then says I should get a full work up and cleaning and to hang tight with what I got. Too much misleading going on. Avoid at all costs
