Had a very good experience with Bi-County. The service was superb, staff was pleasant and very helpful with handling and explaining everything. My first experience with being in an accident and they put me at ease with the entire process. My car came back to me not only fixed but cleaned and shiny. Thank you to the staff and the mechanics. They did more damage to my car fixing it then the fender bender I came in with. It was a brand new car. They pulled the door apart (I still don't know why. The accident was on the other side. They stripped the mounts for the fender and what's worse is that's how they gave it back to me. They have a bunch of undocumented immigrants working in the back who don't have a clue what they are doing. These guys are butchers. Never use them!

I brought my Supra there last year. It was there for 3 days. They did not want to do the work to the car. While the car was there it was left unlocked in the lot and was broken into. The touch screen stereo and sound system were stolen. When I brought it to their attention the owner acted nonchalant saying that the car does not lock automatically and stated that they were not responsible. They are CROOKS and have bad customer service. NEVER EVER GO THERE.

Best body shop in town. I've used Sal's, Schubert's, and Performance auto for various repairs to my family's auto's in the past. Sal's didn't do half of the work he got paid to do by the insurance company, he glued my Mercedes headlight together and put $1000 in his pocket, god knows what else he didn't do. Schubert's didn't want to reprint my daughters bumper after they chipped it ( he would only touch it up) and the paint had excessive dirt in it. Performance put my daughters Nissan together and didn't tighten the bolts in the suspension, if I didn't notice a problem when pulling her car into the street then she probably would've either crashed or broke down and could've gotten seriously hurt! I would never go back there again!!!

When i had to have my Maserati repaired, I didn't know what to do. After speaking with dome friends, I chose to try Bi-county and it has been a pleasure. Family run and it shows. They polished some scratches out at no extra charge. I had some suspension damage and the car drives perfect. You can't even tell that there was a repair performed on my Maserati. The staff was excellent and kept me updated throughout the process, which was also lacking at other shops. I have found my shop and you should give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I got into an accident in november. They said it would take a week to fix then took them a week and a half with no phone call letting us know what was going on. One piece never came in so they told us they would call once it was. Well never did and just had it put on last week. It took them a week to put the piece on cause they sent the part back, then reordered it, then another day to paint it. When i finally dropped my car off the owners son told me 45 mins, the clerk told me 1-1 1/2 hours. After three hours and no phone call I called them and still went in and never said anything. Once I got my car home my side mirror was cracked. Went in and calmly asked what happened and immediately the owners son got nasty, claimed they didn't do anything. Brought me outside to see the car screamed in my face, told me my tone was rude, i was being obnoxious. And still continued to yell at me when I'm the one who was unhappy with a service. And when i asked to talk to his boss he told me that his father was gonna agree with him. Im the customer, It doesnt matter if im being rude, that does not me he can treat me with disrespect.

I brought my car there after an accident and it took over a month to fix. Which I didn't mind at first but when I got it back it smelled of mildew and the carpet was soaked. I gave it a 2 weeks to dry out but only got worse. I felt the carpet and it was still soaked. So I brought it back for another month. Then I called and they had to record of the car being dropped off. Half hour later they were able to locate it but said they still had to Put it back together. So I gave them 3 days and now I'm waiting 30 mins for them to bring the car up. Long story short they still haven't fixed the problem
