Does this shop even exist anymore?

this place is terrible! My husband ordered me flowers for our anniversary which NEVER arrived! i will NEVER recommend this place to anyone EVER and we will be finding a new place to buy our flowers!

I ordered a standing spray of fresh flowers including a bow. Hanging from the bow, I wanted 3 cookie cutters because my friend was an avid cookie baker. Sent was a big heart made entirely of cloth flowers and a bow made of something other than satin. Hanging from that pitiful drab, colorless bow was an assortment of cooking supplies including 2 packages of cookie mix!!!!! Some of the "supplies" even had their label and price tag still affixed!!

When I called to complain, I could not get a word in because the mgr kept on and on explaining why that arrangement went out with my name on it.. There was no explanation good enough. I will spread the word far and wide how my order from Smithfield Flower Shop was treated!! I was heart broken that my final tribute to a dear friend was done in such poor poor taste!!
