I tried to resolve an issue today, that in "my opinion", was the fault of this company. I had an oil change done march 30 and had oil drips days and couple weeks later assuming it was just normal oil drip from filter dripping down or something. I took it too my Chevy dealer to get that checked out. They assessed and saw the oil pan was total stripped out. I then took it back to Smithfield fast lube to show them the assessment done by the Chevy dealer, but they refused to resolve the issue saying there is no proof it was their fault. In my opinion and common sense , Smithfield fast lube is unseparated from the problem that occurred . They have now lost my business. Thank you and good luck.
