They were able to freely tell me the main thing wrong with my car from the check engine light & a cheap way to resolve it. When they didn't have the fluid I needed in stock because they had just run out, they were able to tell me they could have it in stock today and where to find it if I wanted it faster. That's quality service. I wish every auto-parts place and mechanic was that honest and helpful.

Thought you were going to be my parts dealer for life. After buying a new battery for my boat on 7/30/2016, I was stranded with a dead battery this morning. After 6 hours of charging it won't go above 71 percent. Called O'Reilly's only to be told the warranty expired . Really people, one week. You can rest assured that you will no longer have any more business from me or anyone else in my family. Hopefully I'll be able to get the rest of my friends to take their business elsewhere. Thanks for your time, you can keep whatever rewards I have. You know what to do with them.
