I just returned from the horrid Walgreen's on 1st Ave and19th St. that replaced the other horrid Walgreen's that used to be there. First of all, there were two people waiting on a line that went all around the store. Customers were complaining that there was NOTHING in the way of food. I asked the manager why there was no tomato juice and she said "corporate" which is another word for stupid and evil. Then, a guy was mopping on top of and around peoples' feet-this with a bad snowstorm. Someone tripped and fell outside. You could have a nice lawsuit. Again, the manager, who looked to be about 12 said "Corporate." Your other Walgreen's was worse because no one ever got waited on and when they did, the store workers were rude. There's no excuse for this type of service. We're the CUSTOMERS. Do you think we're all stupid? Not in New York City, we're not. How dare you call yourselves a grocery? FALSE ADVERTISING.
