I want to thank P.A. Victoria Harris abd her staff for their great care they have given my husband and myself. I visit a dear friend often here in Smithfield for extended stays and I am so blessed to have found these wonderful people to go to. I had a liver transplant at Vandebilt Med. Center in Nashville,Tn. two years ago and I was very concerned about findind someone to take care of me, but I was so lucky to find this place to go to. Thanks to all you at Smithfield urgent Care. Reporedneck...your name says it all. I have been to this office on several occasions and was pleased with my experience. Ms. Harris and staff are very professional. I understand that the $100.00 may be steep for some, but I would much rather wait in a nice clean facility then sit in the ER or some of the other dirty facilities around. I will be switching doctors to them soon. It is hard to find an office now a days that will see someone without insurance

This is NOT the place to go at all. In 4 visits only once have they even tried to be helpful. Tried to go today for an obvious infection and was told "they don't handle that" and was instructed to go to the ER. I do not have health insurance and have to pay out of pocket and did not want to go to the ER and pay several hundred dollars. I left this urgent care and went to another where I was given the RX I needed for a $4 antibiotic. With the unprofessionalism and cold nature of this practice combined with their high prices ($100+ for an office visit as opposed to $60) right up the street I will never return. In fact I wouldn't even subject a prison inmate to the treatment they offer. Please go ANYWHERE else and I mean ANYWHERE. The emergency veterinary hospital off I-95 exit 121 would be a better choice. You don't have to take my word for it but you might regret it if you don't. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star but it wouldn't let me do zero.

Beware! This is not a nice place. Very rude management! I would never recomment this place to even my worst enemy!

We had a great experience. Friendly staff, nice new office, and great providers. What a refreshing change for this area.
