great rates, nice apartments!

A great place to live in..quiet and peaceful, near to the town. free lawn maintenance!! oh just one thing, there is a one year lease..this was the first apartment i have stayed in since i lost my home so i didnt know about that..but she worked with the woman who lived next to me, who broke her lease and moved out...

I rented an apartment from Shebah Sheesa Inc at Tower Crest Apartments about one year ago. The owner and manager lady was a nice and generous woman who though being a good businesswoman was willing to negotiate the rent and work with me when I lost my second job with Census 2010. I was unable to make the rent and she agreed to work it out with me to pay it off in the subsequent months. She also helped me pay my electricity bills and gave me work when she could. About the apartments. They are almost brand new, only a couple of years old. It was well maintained and i always got the best service whenever i had a problem. Its set in a peaceful, safe and quiet community quite near the town. and the best thing was, the landlord maintained the lawn for free and I didnt have to bother about it. and having the washer and dryer was a plus! great service! wish i didnt have to move out and i could still afford it lol.
