I have been trying to get a bed replaced for the past eight weeks (or more) for my ill brother. First I am spoken to with no respect, then and phone calls are not returned, then I finally spoke with Debbie(she was the most helpful but still didn't get anywhere) and told her that if the owner did not speak with me to resolve my issue I was reporting them to the BBB. What a surprise, he gets on the phone in one minute and promises me that he would take care of the issue and I had no worries and he would call me back by Monday (two days later).Yup you guessed it, he never got back to me. One week later I call the company again, spoke with Debbie again and now I am told I have to fill out a warranty form. Which can take another 4 weeks. To top it off the wrong mattress was delivered and they will not deliver the correct mattress. So my ill brother is sleeping on the floor because his mattress hurts his back, and they do not care! STAY AWAY!
