Skip them - unprofessional, unreliable, impossible to contact. Made arrangements to have them tow something across town, but they never showed up. Completely ignored multiple calls to mobile and office phone. I had people lined up to help with the move and I was left scrambling to find a replacement company - difficult to do on a weekend. I finally got through to the company by using another phone number during the week to complain and to inquire why they left me like that. Totally got blown off by the owners family member and told me to just call her dad on his cell phone again. This led no where of course after at least 3 more calls. Never did find out why they just blew me off. Any sort of courtesy call or explanation would have been the stand up thing to do. All call attempts back to the main number led straight to unanswered voicemails. Seems lille small Mom & Pop operation to me. Shameful.
