To find a different clinic! It's like pulling teeth to get a prescription refilled, or an authorisation for a prescription. They don't call you back. They are overstaffed, under paid, they have more patients than they know what to do with. They will tell you to call for a prescribed medication to he refilled, and even if you call every day for 2 weeks, you still end up having to make an appointment, or just going in and sittingb& waiting for your written prescription. You're made to feel like a pain in their butts if you call repeatedly, even if your medication is one that's not supposed to he stopped abruptly. Last month I waited a week for a refill authorisation that was faxed in by my pharmacy...only to end up having to go in and get the medication refill myself, when it's one that can be called in. At this walk in appt I was told that I could call in for my other prescription and they would have it waiting on me. So I did that, 2 weeks ago. Today is my refill date. Do I have my prescription? NOPE! I was specifically told by the NP that I would not have to make an appt to be seen for a refill...I should have known better!! So now I have to go up there to sit and wait on a prescription to be written and handed over to me. This has caused my husband to miss work, in turn, is missing out on his pay. He had to come home early to bring me the vehicle so I can go up there and sit, while he sits at home, accomplishing nothing more than wasting time, & losing money.

If you're just looking for a quick.place to he seen, this is your place. If you're looking for a doctor you can TRUST to keep your medically necessary medications refilled on time, find another place to go. This place is NOT a place I can trust any longer. They screw up mily (& my families) medication refills MONTHLY, & don't seem too concerned about it....even if its medication that if stopper suddenly, can cause seizures. They need to hire more employees, ones that aren't going to quit, or cut back on patients. Sadly, its rediculous. But, if you don't mind a monthly fight, then this is the perfect place. for you!
