Research the local moving companies BEFORE hiring this one! Horrendous experience! This company has many complaints, both online and through the BBB (they are a US franchise and there are even youtube.com vidoes describing the very poor service!). They do a decent job moving, but charge you way over their estimate and then refuse to deal with you or return phone calls. The owner keeps saying that he put a refund check in the mail (several times) but I have yet to receive anything. I have damaged items and they refuse to send me a claim form (I do not believe they are even insured). Before you think about hiring this company see their record online and with the BBB,and run fast to a legitimate company. You'll be happy that you did.
