Used to be very polite, quick service that I've used for repairs and oil since moving to PA from CA back in 2008. The receptionist even used to recognize me by name when I called. I always recommended them and thought of them as dependable and reliable. Today, I needed their help for a boiler repair. The service tech on call first told me he could tell I hadn't ordered in a long time (we usually only require 3 fills per year) because he'd checked and that the lady I used to speak to retired; he then chastised me for not calling earlier in the day (even though I'd still have to pay the emergency service fee, and I had cash to do it). Needing help, I took the abuse.



Within five minutes, he called back to tell me his manager told him it'd been so long since I'd ordered oil from them, I should just get help from someone else.



Anyone think I'll be buying oil or repairs from them in the future? My friends and family won't either.

lessig is a honest and dependable company,thety been in business for almost 60 years.they must be doing something right.if your an automatic cusomer and you run out of a product there would be no service charge.

After being a loyal customer over the last 5 years, they let me run out of propane for the second time, even though I'm set for automatic delivery. This time it cost me over $100 for their 'emergency call'. After reading all the reviews, I think all propane companies are run badly.
