POOR SERVICE. TRY'ED TO LOW BALL ME ON THE SALE OF A LARGE AMOUNT OF MY GOLD. SHOPPED AROUND TO 6 DIFFERENT PLACES AND THESE GUYS WERE THE LOWEST AROUND. TRY'ED TO TREAT ME LIKE I WAS STUPID AND HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE VALUE OF MY GOLD!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!
