My computer had problems so I took it to The Geeks - Big mistake. They charged me over $300 and didn't fix the problems. The computer kept shutting down. Sometimes I couldn't get it started again for hours. It always happened when I was in the middle of something important. The technician X guys figured out that one of the fans was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Cost of the fan was less than $10.00. technician X is the way to go. Avoid the Geeks.
