I normally have always liked this hospital but my experience last night 6/22/2013 was the worse treatment I've ever received and I've been there several times. ER doctor on duty was of no help to my condition. I've had 2 UAs in three months showing blood in urine and twice very visible, strong abdominal pain radiating into back with nausea, feet and hands swelling, he was more concerned with feeling he neede to talk of his condition and showing me how his feet are swollen all the time and that he's had knee surgery, sending me out with with diagnosis of uti and periph ademia. My GP has already treated me for an uti and have had cultures done twice now this is the third one, 2 cultures showed no bacterial growth. My doctor is who advised me to go to ER if I had another attack and swelling got worse, the doctor on duty (Avery) ordered blood work coming back WBC elevated, blood in urine. Was there till 3:00 in the morning put back in a side room and on a greny offered no blanket or pillow!! I would've received better care at a quickcare. The doctor that is usually there is a fine doctor but I will run if the doctor that was is there last before he will even treat me again!! Very disappointed with the service he gave me!!!
